CCLFC Holding Speech of On-site Dispute Resolution for Field Staff
In order to enhance the professional competence and promote the market maintaining ability, the Chamber of Commerce of Lecong Furniture Cities (short for CCLFC) carried out a speech of on-site dispute resolution on June 17, inviting Jin Sanbao, the legal adviser of CCLFC, and Mo Shaowen, a full-time mediator. During the speech, Mr. Jin explained the laws and regulations involved in the disputes basing on the actual situation of the Lecong Furniture City. Mr. Mo, the mediator, passed on knowledge of mediation integrating his own experience for many years. The two lecturers spoke in simple terms and helped the field staff to master the relevant knowledge of on-site mediation.
